1. We have spiffed up the interface to be more like Windows Vista.

Customer Rewards Functions

· Dollars to Dollars: Can be setup to allow the entry of the full sales amount in dollars, accumulate the total dollars purchased over time and then issue a Dollar value reward on the card as a Gift card balance. This tracks the actual full sales amount of customer purchases over time. (ie. Purchase $5000 and get a $25 Credit)

OR

· Points to Dollars: Can be setup to allow the entry of points / visits, accumulate the total points earned over time and then issue a Dollar value reward on the card as a Gift card balance. Points / visits can be used in many ways. (ie. give 32 points for a $322.56 purchase)

OR

· Points to Rewards: Can be setup to allow the entry of points / visits, accumulate the total points earned over time and then issue a REWARD CREDIT. The merchant can decide what value a Reward Credit carries or identify certain items for sale by the number of reward credits. (ie. get a Travel Coffee Mug with 3 Reward Credits)

OR

· Points Countdown: Can be setup to allow the count down of points / visits, accumulate the total points /visits made over time and then that card can be disposed of or reissued. Typical uses of this would be prepaid memberships or loyalty rewards based on visits. (ie. Prepay 10 tanning sessions, then reload when they are used up, or visit the carwash 10 times and get a free wash)

· Monthly status reports can be run to show outstanding points, totals, visits, prepays and balances remaining before a reward is earned.

· CRM Outreach: Can email, text message, or mail list everyone who has earned a reward as long as the customer data has be entered or imported.

· The database is located in a hardened, secure data center on the internet with automated backups. Security is enhanced by the use of the included VPN, as well as INDIVIDUAL (not shared) Server and Client site certificates. · End of Day Gift Card report with detail, shows all Gift Card transactions for the day including the time stamp of each transaction to tie out with your POS end of day report.

· Long Term Liability report.

· Automatic Balance Reduction runs once a month on your selected day of the month. This function allows the owner to enforce a policy of what to do with long term balance liabilities. (ie. You can define that any Gift Card with no usage for 2 years will have its balance reduced by 2% for every month of non usage after the 2 years, thus reducing your long term liability. Includes a Policy Disclaimer receipt message.)

Enterprise Level

· Enterprise End of Day report with distribution shows each store’s Gift Card activity as well as the funds distribution for each card’s origination location.

· Enterprise Balance Reduction report.

· Enterprise Long Term Liability report by location.

· SQLFreelance^© REPORT Generator. This allows anyone familiar with SQL to query the database, using industry standard SQL queries, and memorize queries. All results are returned in comma delimited form for easy import to a spreadsheet program. A single button will print out the entire database structure.
