POS International now offers Online Support! This is available to our customers that have a broadband internet connection. It can be used for configuration changes, viewing of error messages, software setup, training and the like. It only costs $100 in addition to existing support and training rates. It requires the download of the online support tool, (Click here to download) Please save the file to your “Desktop”. An Icon will show up on your “Desktop” that says “POS Online Support.exe” Just double click to start. Please call first for an appointment for an online support session.
